Although the 1869 Challenge has ended, you can still make a difference in the lives of Trinity students.
1869 Challenge 2021

Trinity Tigers have met the challenge—and more!

As One Trinity, with more than 3,300 donors and more than $800,000 given, YOU have shattered records to throw your full support behind Trinity students. On behalf of the entire University community, Thank You for your continued commitment to enabling access to a Trinity education.

Trinity Tigers are unstoppable! We've met our challenge of 3,000 donors, and unlocked an additional $100,000 for our students. But there's still time on the clock to help us meet these remaining challenges:

School of Business Dean's Fund for Excellence
The School of Business, Business Advisory Council, and the Dean will match all contributions dollar-for-dollar up to $15,000.

Class of 1971 Reunion Challenge
We just need 5 new donors from the class of 1971 to make a gift of any size to unlock a $15,000 gift from an anonymous donor.

Football
Baseball
Volleyball
Women's Basketball
Golf

Challenge yourself, your friends, your family to keep supporting our students all the way through graduation!

For 1,869 minutes, alumni, families, faculty, staff, students, and friends have a chance to support any area of the University they choose.

For years, the annual 1869 Challenge has been your chance to help the best and brightest students in the nation get to—and through—Trinity University. Your gifts towards scholarships and financial aid help bring students to campus, while your support for areas such as student programs, academic departments, athletics, and necessities helps to keep them going strong! Together, we support the resources that enable excellence and achievement, access and inclusion, and health and wellness on and off-campus.

Year over year, your support has surged past the previous year’s challenge. Every gift counts, regardless of the amount. Like generations before us, we are now given an opportunity to build on this tradition of supporting students.

And those aren’t the only stakes for this Challenge! From student organizations and Greek Council to athletics to academics and scholarships, there are many matching challenges to keep you motivated throughout the entire 1869 event.
