Howland, Eggen and Pitts Fellowship Endowed Fund

 

The Howland, Eggen, and Pitts Fellowship Endowed Fund supports future computer science student summer research and this year, there is a dollar-for-dollar match up to $20,000! Your donation allows students to work closely with faculty on a one-to-one basis, while learning the basics of conducting a formal research study, and breaking new ground in the field of computer science. 

 

As part of this summer experience, students publish their results in prestigious journals and present their findings at national and international meetings.

Honoring Computer Science professors Dr. John Howland, Dr. Maurice Eggen and Dr. Gerald Pitts, this fund was created to help Computer Science students pursue summer research during their undergraduate education.
