Since 2010, Trinity’s Summer Bridge Program has given first-generation and underrepresented students a chance to come to campus early and transition to college life. The program offers first-year students the chance to earn up to 6 hours of college credit, as well as free tuition, housing, books, and meals during the Program. They’re also introduced to the writing and time-management skills that are so critical to academic success.
More than 300 Tigers have gone through the program, and the data shows that the Summer Bridge Program has consistently equipped these students to match or exceed their fellow students’ academic performance.
